Mixing weigher with memory hopper

It can mix weigh 3 /4 kinds of different products at the same time, and then discharge into one bag/bottle/box/cup.

This special weigher relates to the design of memory weighing systems. There are two memory hoppers placed underneath each weigh hopper. The materials are feeding into the feed hoppers①firstly, then discharge into the weigh hoppers②, then the weigh hoppers② discharge via openning left door inwards into memory hoppers③, memory hoppers③ discharge via openning left door inwards into memory hoppers④. The partial weights are stored intermediately in memory hoppers③④. This results in a higher combination multiplicity which is the basis for highest accuracy and highest speeds. This option is available for weighing systems with 12, 15, and 18 weighing heads. This version is especially suitable for mixing applications in the high-speed range. 

Note: the doors of the weigh hoppers② or the memory hoppers③④ can open inwards or 

outwards.

1.Application

Accurately and continuously weigh and mix different product ingredients to create unique blends. CBW blending weighers for dry, fresh, and frozen foods, and non-food products, can combine different amounts of each product and reduce total package overweight to fractions of a gram. Two or more products are deposited at the top of the weigher, precisely weighed, and then combined as they are deposited into bags, jars, cartons, and other types of packages.
